1. Get into a handstand positon.

2. Instead of keeping your legs straight, droop your legs inward at the knee and thigh, you'll know you have it when you feel your back straining.



:What To Wear:
Anything as long as your sleeves wont get in the way of your hands and make you slip. Try to wear light clothing for this so it doesn't weigh you down.


:Tips:
Try to hold this without moving whatsoever. The lower your legs droop, the better the hollow back.
